As a customer, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture and materials provided to AVO Studio are suitable for the requested services.

3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by AVO Studio are based on the information and materials provided by the customer at the time of the quote. Prices are subject to change based on any additional services or materials required. Any changes to the initial scope of work will be communicated to the customer, and additional charges may apply.

4. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencing any work. A deposit may be required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services. AVO Studio reserves the right to withhold completed work until full payment has been received.

5. Lead Times
Estimated lead times will be provided when your order is confirmed. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. AVO Studio is not liable for any delays but will communicate any changes promptly.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges for any work already completed or materials ordered. Refunds for completed work are not provided unless the service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

7. Customisation
AVO Studio offers customisation services to meet your specific preferences. Once customisation details are agreed upon, any changes requested by the customer may result in additional costs and lead time extensions. AVO Studio is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction resulting from changes requested after the work has commenced.

8. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a warranty on our services. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period, as outlined in your service agreement. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

9. Liability
AVO Studio is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability is required by law. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected by AVO Studio will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
